This weeks FNM

This week the FNM event will be a M14 draft! After havinf to cancel the prerelease draft this is the first one we have organised for this set! It will cost £12 and starts at about 6:15pm. As per normal I will need a minimum of 8 players but this time I could go as high as 16 players!

As a lot of players have asked for us to do 'Pauper' again and the EXTENDED format will not be around for much longer (for FNM at any rate!) I have decided to combine then and do 'PAUPER EXTENED'

Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards. There is no maximum deck size; however, you must be able to shuffle your deck with no assistance. If a player wishes to use a sideboard, it may contain up to fifteen cards.

With the exception of basic land cards, a player’s combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than four of any individual card, counted by its English card title equivalent. 

The following card sets are permitted in Extended tournaments:

Worldwake (until September 27, 2013)
Rise of the Eldrazi (until September 27, 2013)
Magic 2011 (until September 27, 2013)

Mirrodin Besieged
New Phyrexia

The only common cards which are banned in Extended tournaments are Ponder and Preordain (until September 27, 2013)

All cards used must have been printed at the common rarity. Common promo cards are only legal if the card has been printed at the common rarity in a set or product. However for this format if a card has been reprinted, it will only be allowed based on its latest printed version - therefore Doom Blade is uncommon and will not be allowed.
